LABELS TO QUESTION

If a product doesn’t have any of the certified labels mentioned above, check the company’s website to see their stance on animal testing and the use of animal ingredients. This information is often found in the “About Us” section or the FAQ page. If you can’t find a clear statement, it may be best to choose another product or contact the company directly. When reaching out, ask specific questions such as: Do you sell in countries that require animal testing? or Do your suppliers test on animals?

Be cautious of companies using buzzwords like "cruelty-free," "not tested on animals," or "vegan-friendly" without an accompanying certified label. While they may be truthful, without third-party verification, you have to take their word for it.
