I'm Going Vegan classes, and grocery shopping tours to help guide you through your journey to plant-based living. Vegan University also hosts Easy-Peasy Plant-Based Cooking Classes at the Mississippi Market Co-Op for a fee of $12-15 (depending if you're a market member). Classes sell out quick so RSVP as soon as you can! All Vegan University events are posted on the Vegan University Facebook page and the Minneapolis Vegan Meetup page.
Becoming Your Best Voice for Animals (BYBV): This Animal Rights Coalition sponsored, interactive, thought-provoking conversation discusses moving towards being your best voice for the animals, hosted by AmyLeo Barankovich of Vegan Affairs Minnesota. Being an effective animal advocate requires putting into practice a set of tools that we can access once we are aware of them and know how to best use them.
BYBV workshops can be found on the Animal Rights Coalition Facebook page or the Minnesota Animal Rights Meetup.
